Passport Please double-check your passport for validity before your travel and consult whether you required visa or not. Ask us before you confirm your reservation. Check-in For all airport pickups and travel within Canada; Passengers are required to present two pieces of valid photo ID at check-in. There is a mandatory ID check at the gate. Check-in counters open 2 hours prior to departure. We recommend that you check in at the check-in counter at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Check-in counters close 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Without exception, you must be available for boarding at the boarding gate at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Failure to meet these deadlines may result in the reassignment of any pre-reserved seats, cancellation of your reservations and ineligibility for denied boarding compensation. Checked baggage: For CHARTER flights; customers are entitled to 2 pieces of baggage. The overall measurement of each piece (L + W + H) must be less than 62 inches or 158 cm, and the weight less than 44 lbs. or 20 kgs. For INTERNATIONAL flights, customers are entitled to 2 pieces of baggage. The overall measurement of each piece (L + W + H) must be less than 62 inches or 158 cm, and the weight less than 70 lbs. or 32 kgs.
